The three reasons Microsoft Azure ends up under most of our clients. SLA, compliance, and total cost of ownership measured in years, not months.
When we design infrastructure for a client, we're weighing three things: reliability, compliance, and total cost of ownership measured in years, not months. For almost every client we serve, Microsoft Azure wins on all three. And the fourth thing, which is that our engineers already know it inside and out, is not nothing either.
Azure backs compute with a 99.95% SLA. The same cloud that runs Microsoft 365, Xbox Live, and a nontrivial fraction of the internet you rely on every day. That's a meaningful baseline before we've layered on our own monitoring, our own runbooks, and the redundancy we design in on top.
ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, FedRAMP. Azure's compliance certifications cover essentially every framework our clients in healthcare, finance, professional services, and government-adjacent work have to meet. Which means the auditor's first ten questions are already answered on paper before we even walk into the room.
Network load balancing, high availability across zones, patching primitives. These are part of the platform, not add-ons we have to maintain custom tooling for. Which means less bespoke plumbing for us to keep alive on your behalf, and more time spent on the actual business you're running.
